Techo2 is looking for a Customer Success Associate with 1-3 years of experience.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for finding and identifying leads through a variety of sources. Once leads are identified, this candidate will reach out and meet with the business decision-makers to better understand their business needs and how our product could help them.
Responsibilities
- Identify and qualify new customers
- Prospect new customers through lead generation, trade shows, follow-up, and cold calling
- Identify the correct decision-makers within a given business
- Document all pertinent customer information and conversations in the CRM system
- Knowledge/experience with end-to-end business development workflows is a plus
- Passion towards work, potential to excel, and commitment for best practices
- Industry certification on core products/services or business analysis, or willingness to obtain certification
- Execute TechO2’s Business Development process meticulously
- Nurture prospects/clients using value-based business development tactics
- Obtain and keep up to date with product/service knowledge
- Obtain and share market insights with management for refinements
- Contribute and participate in team-oriented development
Qualifications
- Master’s Degree like MBA or Bachelor’s degree like BBA or equivalent
- 1-3 years of experience as Customer Success Associate
