Techo2 is looking for a Customer Success Associate with 3+ years of experience.
Location: Hyderabad, India
- Bachelor’s Degree in any field.
- 3+ years of well-rounded Business Development experience in the Software Services/Solutions field.
- Demonstrable knowledge of the products/services that they sell
- Experience with end-to-end business development workflows is a plus
- Strong communication skills; both verbal and written
- Meticulous adherence to TechO2’s scientific Business Development process
- Excellent time management skills
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Experience in working with prospects/clients in international markets; especially in the USA.
- Passion towards work, potential to excel, and commitment for best practices
- Industry certification on core products/services or business analysis, or willingness to obtain certification
- Execute TechO2’s Business Development process meticulously
- Nurture prospects/clients using value-based business development tactics
- Obtain and keep up to date with product/service knowledge
- Obtain and share market insights with management for refinements
- Contribute and participate in team-oriented development
